I would wish new noise
… Based on the Game of life (WIKI'sLink) See also in wikipedia : Cellular automata Automate cellulaire (article is diffrent in french) It would be, by nature, source sensitive. A good way to simulate events depending on topolgy ( like cracks, mold, rust,…) |

All the game of life stuff i have seen requires drawing of cells to start things. Im not sure how it would work but maybe you could have a set of default rules/shapes with some modifiers and it makes patterns after.

That's what I mean by
I agree. It's more a "noise distortion" than a simple noise. The actual Noise Distortion is a little basic. |
