Upgrading Filter Options

i'd like to see three different options for when one downloads upgraded filters. as it stands now, apparently an upgrade will not overwrite a current filter of the same name when downloading. that's ok, but i'd like to add two more options:

1. when you click on the filter to upgrade and hit 'download' it ALWAYS overwrites the old one.

2. when you click on the filter to upgrade and hit 'download', it adds the upgrade and keeps your old one of the same name, or maybe puts the old one in 'my filters'.

the last one would be my option of choice, but everyone likes to do things differently, so three options shld cover most situations.
