When building larger structures (large factories, lawns, etc), you often need to build several different textures that all have the same flavor, but different variations. And, most important, they all tile with each other -- I can place textures A, B and C next to each other, and they tile perfectly, but they look different on the inside.

It would be great if FilterForge could generate such texture sets for me, with some kind of additional rendering option or something.

I've created a bunch of filters that does just that, multi-tiles (uploaded two of them), which I use for making tiles for Dundjinni.
FilterForge 2 has some great features that makes creating multi-tile-filters much easier.

You can dissect them, but I agree, it would be simpler if FF had an option to "stitch edges" or something, then just render ten variations in a row.

"Stitch Edges" for the win smile:-) Also see the question about cube map / skybox support elsewhere on the forum.

I read the skybox thread and I agree on this request, making that sky texture "mutlitiling" isnt possible without "support" from the App itself.
