at the bottom of the browser there is a section for randomizing the control settings. there is a button there called 'next variant' and to the right of that is a small box that allow options on what gets randomized. these options are somewhat general in nature.

i'd like a little 'lock' that i can toggle on and off on each control in the browser to allow or disallow this control to be randomized when i hit the 'next variant' button. there are just sometimes that i dont want a certain slider/control randomized when i hit the 'next variant' button. a good example is the 'invert' checkbox. i like the invert function but more often than not when i'm 'randomizing' i dont want that one changed. another example is if i split an image into regions with the threshhold and set alpha functions. this creates 'legs' within the workflow. i might have similar controls on each 'leg' but want to only randomize one leg but not the other.

this isnt a high priority item for me, but definitely wanted.

Yes, I agree, Randomizer controls are far from perfect. I considered a control locking scheme but had to put that on hold due to time constraints. This is currently on low priority.
