Custom Folders

In addition to "Favorites", why couldn't there be an [add to / create new folder] function that allows users to create and name their own filter folders....which would work just like "Favorites" function already in place??? New catagories/folders would be added right under Favorites, Search, and My Filters catagories.....right click on a filter with new catagories in 'Add To' function.....right click custom folders with "Delete Folder" function.....etc....

It seems that this would be pretty basic and easy to implement....a much-needed filter organization tool....and this feature has been requested countless times from the first release of this program.....
