Is there a way to edit layers as smart objects when using Filter Forge as a Photoshop filter? If not, I would love to see this as a new feature.

I agree with that guy. A way to apply Filter Forge as a smart object layer in Photoshop (so it could be adjusted later) would be awesome.

I agree with that guy too smile:D if there was some way to apply Filter Forge effects as a smart object layer in Photoshop would be awesome, so it could be possible to return back later and change the presets or the setting again and again and be able to try different ways in photoshop.

I have not tried it myself if it works already or not in the FF 3.0, so I really do not know if it is possible already, if not, I would love to see this feature too included in a future version.

Thanks very much

If you enable all plug-ins for smart filters in Photoshop, you can use Filter Forge or any filter for that matter as a smart filter. All you need to to is run the script called "EnableAllPuginsforSmartFilters".

You'll probably have to use browse button to get it to show up in the list. Here is the path if you have Windows:

File<Sc ripts<Browse<Computer<C<Program Files<Adobe<Adobe Photoshop CS (your version #) <Presets<Sc ripts<EnableAllPluginsforSmartFilters. After you click this jsx file to select it to load, it will ask...enable all filters for smart filters? Click Yes button.

Prerequisite: Photoshop CS3 or above.
