Filter Ratings

I'm not sure if this would inspire some sort of elitism or mindset that FF doesn't want to have in the community, but I think when a Filter Forger uses a filter, they are allowed to rate it and upload it to the server. Alternately they could rate the filter directly on the website (but then again you couldn't check if they've used it yet). Of course all of this is just an idea and the final product could turn out differently. In fact I think it would introduce a new level of competition among filter users to make better filters which supplies Filter Forge with a better product arsenal.
