Could we have a loupe tool in FF 3.0 (or 4.0) for preview 100% size ?

I have seen that in the new version of the Software Capture One Pro 6 have added a new feature that is a new Loupe Tool to be able to preview the image and see what it looks like at 100% size but only showing a little bit of the image in small popout small window.

After looking at this video I thought that this feature would be also very good to have in Filter Forge and be able to preview part zones of the image with this loupe tool and see what would be like in 100% size, but showing ONLY that little bit of information where you have the cursor pointing at.

I really do not know if it would really be possible to make this in Filter Forge, but I just wanted to make this suggestion and see what think the expert programmers minds of the Filter Forge team.
