When trying to purchase a Pro 2 to Pro 3 upgrade. The form data seems to be correct (FF_VERSION: version_2, UPGRADE_TYPE: pro2-pro3).

Please, which FF version do you already have and what version are you trying to upgrade to ?

Which browser are you using ?

Have you tried to use another different browser ?

can you please, explain when this happens, and if possible put a screenshot where this message appears ?

I have already been trying to know the price of the upgrade and it works right, just fill the information needed and sel ect your version of FF to upgrade to and click on submit.

Be aware that the serial number fr om your version must match the version you are trying to upgrade to (basic, standard or pro)

Does your upgrade form look like this here below? Where do you find the problem ?

Tried it in both Chrome and Firefox (latest of both).

When I press Send Request, it just minimizes the "Desired Upgrade" rollout and gives me that red message at the top.

Thanks for the information George and the screenshot, I see now that this is after you click the submit button, so I can´t help you more and must be someone that have already bought the upgrade or someone from FF that could explain why this message happens.

Keeps looping back saying "select upgrade type" in both Firefox and Internet Explorer for me.

I used the contact form here and sent a report of this earlier today but haven't heard anything back yet.

Pro 2 to Pro 3 upgrade requests should now work correctly.

I got an answer to my query reminding me that I had bought a lifetime upgrade before and would get my license key in a day or two in an email. So in my case, it was good it didn't work for me on the website.
