Filter Forge - Failed to restore backup file

dod488 Posts: 2	Just got ff14. I stored a backup from ff13 and attempted to restore to ff14. The backup file is 64M. I received the error msg which indicated there wasn't enough room on the system disk. There is 400G free on the system disk. I'd like to copy my frequently used filter over to the new release. Please help, thank you, Hal

GMM Moderator Filter Forge, Inc Posts: 3491	Welcome to the forums! You may need to restore the backup manually. Change the file type from .ffbak to .zip and unzip it into a temporary folder. Then copy the unzipped files to the /Users/Your_User_Name/Library/Application Support/Filter Forge 14/ folder. More info about FF file locations on this forum thread
