Rachel Duim made this awesome and amazing filter animation Swirling Dervish by Rachel Duim
![]() This animations created by Rachel is from my point of view and taste, is really awesome and amazing how the flow looks really like liquid waves so well done and I like it very much and is a pleasure and relaxing to see it and admire how the waves move and is able to transform a still 2D image into a 3D anĂmated water pool So after seeing this I got a idea about what would happen if I make it with double image? I mean to duplicate it and have two different results with two different images and then Blend both with a blend mode option. I have been able to create the double image effect and is even better that what I may have thought Because not only the image is covered to liquid, the liquid itself is tinted with the second image colors using blend modes This is the FF Lifesaver and then using the Violet Flower built in image as second image using default preset 1 ![]() And if instead of the lifesaver you combine the green blue kingfisher shown on the first animated video above and then overlay the animation of the FF built in violet Flower you can be able to get this below using default preset 1 ![]() And here is a still image from the above ![]() and here is the filter that was created by Rachel and I made the modified version with 2 images overlay Swirling Dervish double image.ffxml |

A fun idea. Interesting, but not my cup of tea. Tried a couple of different images, and blend modes. Tough to get consistent results. And noisy and the best results are dark. But with tweaking who knows...
