    Author: GMM. @all: unfortunately the filter server is down. We're doing our best to fix this ASAP. @Marieah: when everything is up (hopefully soon), go to 'Tools' > 'Options' > 'Online' > 'Use the built-in library browser' and click 'Download more filters'.

    Author: Ghislaine. Ok, I found the solution that I was talking about : You go to "Tool" - "Options" - Click "Online", and there, check "Use the built-in library browser (obsolete). This had resolved my problem few time ago. I do not know if this solution stills ok, but try it. :)
