I took it over to play with. I choose Preset 17... changed settings some.
Then added my condesation filter (heading over to put it in the comment area of that filter.
If you want I can also put it in the comment area for your emboss filter?
Only two filters used on the image... your emboss filter in this thread and my condesation filter.

Hey Craig, I'm using multiple filters on most.....script experiments, no bombers involved in any of it, and different colorization/emboss filters. For instance in the last work, I used 5 different filters.....4 mad script experiments, one colorization/emboss filter, and some PS work..... :)
