Click on the image to enlarge. The bow ties are not made from public consumption outside of scrapbooking kits I create and are copyright. They are resized and compressed so have lost some quality to show via the comments section.

Could geometric shapes multiplication be possible inside FF ?

That's exactly what I wish FF would do with this.....take customers away from those sites and bring them here.....by selling all those FF texture results and copyrights separately from the program.....using it as an author incentive to bring in new authors and quality filter submissions.....creating profit for both FF and authors.....while also "magnetizing" and creating quite a "draw" ...

Yep, it sure feels that way to me too. My thoughts are, that textures made by the user using our filters should belong to the user, but that the presets that the filter makers make should not be sold by people claiming they made them and hold the copyrights when they did nothing to create the presets except hit "save as". I hit "save as" on Disney pics but no way am I going to try and sell them as I know that they are not mine even if they are easy sells.

Then you have a backup for the images should 4 or 5 years down the road or even next year the page is not there anymore. Unless there's a huge dipute over rights, most compamies do honor cease and desist notices. Espacially online marketplaces, if they by accident or due to not knowing didn't notice copyright violations.
You keep talking about lawsuits, while lawsuits are the least likely outcome, and most extreme cases.

And even then, it doesn't trump any real laws or regulations, under which an unmodified preset falls into the automatically copyright protected from the-time-it-is-made as being a 'work of art' category of U.S. law.
