1 - It could be made also to be able to load textures and full images instead of only solid colors, so they could cover the nice 3D embossed shapes

Font Filters

How to fill a shape with gradient like in same way as FF Bevel width?

I have already searched in the FF filter library forum for threads or filters about gradient filling, filling shape with gradient, bevel, chisel, emboss, and all I have found are 2D gradient fill, and 3D style emboss or bevel that is done through the Surface result component, and none of them give a similar result than the one shown above

What angelboiii said, 2/3 of the PS graphic design I do involves the Bevel and Emboss layer style. There's SO MUCH you can do with this, it's crazy. o_O
Font Filters
Author: Presidio. Same font and color as the above font as a base.
1) Painted Metal ~StevieJ Preset 1
2) Metallic Emboss ~Persidio Preset 7
3) Shawdow and Light ~Carl Preset 5
4) Pyromanic ~Carl Preset 7
Embossing (pre-process surface component)
... came up with a few different ways using mainly RGB math. (BTW I don't know hot to script that well, but I imagine it would not be difficult to reproduce these methods with a script component)
I also uploaded a snippet filter to look at. It is called Emboss Snippet, and it shows all the methods I used. It probably isn't on the site yet.

Author: Haras Arch. Nice emboss/leatherwork filter. I like it better without the frames, so I think I managed to modify the filter to take them off . . . haven't tried to mod much yet.
Making graphics with FF ... my Gallery
Author: Gene S Morgan. I add some texture to the selection and do a little embossing and such in PhotoShop. I layer this image on top of my image and delete the center of the frame. Kinda cool coneflower frame.
