Trying the Summer Heat filter on creating a sunny feeling on a cloudy day. For this image used with settings Color Intensity - 20, Heat Glow - 40 and Golden touch - 50. Increased Brightness and Contrast up to 55. Love the way it gives an impression of sunny rays coming through the clouds after the rain. And the retro look of the image.
Watercolor frame filter is one I use a lot to create frames. Applied in Screen Mode and changed the Hue/Saturation parameters.
