A summer picture made in Luxemburg is turned into a painted autumnal landscape.
Color DJ filter is used to turn green into red and orange (Deep Forest is checked and Hue slider is slightly decreased).
Paint HDRtist made the major job in turning a picture into a painted image.
Crayon Master is used in Overlay mode with decreased opacity to increase details.
Angel Wash used in Overlay mode with decreased opacity is used to bring some imperfections.
Minor postwork in Photoshop CC (decreasing vibrance and some minor color adjustment).
