It's not the people who party here, but the house itself...
With swinging doors and windows, a waltzing roof, & sparks are flying all around. Then when someone totters along... all is back to normal again!
Used for children's book about the story of 'House'.
FF filter Exploding Globs provided most of the fun, with finishing touches in PS.
