Filter Forge, Photoshop, cheap Canon camera, Epson scanner
The original is a Venetian mansion shot with a cheap Canon camera. Here's what I did with it:
1. Replaced the sky (the original one was too dull.)
2. Enhanced the dynamic range using Levels and Shadow/Highlight in Photoshop.
3. Applied the "Vibrance" filter in Filter Forge.
4. Applied the "Watercolor Painting" in Filter Forge.
6. Added a "Watercolor Frame" (again, Filter Forge.)
7. Made a paper texture using the "water colour paper" filter (Filter Forge.)
8. Finally, I placed on the paper texture two watercolor images with the Multiply mode – 100% and 30% Opacity.
