She writes songs and records electronic music as well (under a secret name to get the enjoyment of others without knowing who made the music!). – How long have you been using Filter Forge?
I purchased Affinity Photo and found a special on Filter Forge 5 after that. After one day I purchased the Pro version and have been hooked since then!

Online through other users! The best way to get real credible information is through real users.

– What did you need it for at the beginning and how do you use it now?
I did not really 'need' it as such. I was looking for easy to use filtering methods to make stock images stand out and to add some more originality to my own designs and photos.

– What are your favorite filters?
Well, it is more about Favorite Filter Creators! Over time I found out that I was looking forward to these particular Creators' filters, knowing that I was likely to use their filters the most! However, over all regularly used filters will have to be a Paint HDRtist by lipebianc. My favorite filter creators are Rachel Duim, Boogie Jack, truman, Ghislaine, Kochubey, raabix, Carl, and others. Too many to list! Overall it has to be Rachel Duim (but don't tell her!)

– Have you ever tried to make your own filters? If yes, which ones?
I have, not very successfully. So I'll leave it to those who know how to do it. I recently started a new music industry business so have little time now. However it means that I use Filter Forge MORE for promotional artworks. Using Filter Forge filters will take an ordinary artist photo into something looking like a rock star!
