Bomber Plus Corner Y 6.003

The Corner Y slave component of Bomber Plus Plus outputs the Y coordinate (converted to an HDR grayscale value) of the specified corner of the particle which is currently being rendered. The coordinate is calculated after all transformations, offsets and chaos have been applied. The main use of this component is to lookup a value or color from a custom map at the particle corners or at other points within the particle to create artistic effects. This component can output HDR colors.

In order to affect individual particles, this slave component must be connected to the subtree of its master's Particle input, and such connection must not be routed through any bitmap-based components.

Corner: Numeric Input

Specifies the corner whose coordinate will be sent to the output: Top-Left, Top-Right, Bottom-Right or Bottom-Left.

Preview:

This control allows you to preview output values of the slave component, which may be useful for creating and debugging the Particle subtree. Technically, Preview defines the output of the slave component in situations when it is sampled by any input other than its master's Particle input.
