What is license name?
When you are filling out the online order form, you are asked to choose what name the program will be licensed to – your name or the name of your company. This will be the license name you should enter to convert the trial version into the full one.
What is license key?
The license key is required to remove the 30-day time limit. This code will be emailed to you after you purchase the full version. It looks like a random sequence of characters:
How to enter the license name and the license key?
- Open the email containing your license name and license key.
- Run Filter Forge.
- Select Help > Enter License Key from the main menu (or, if the trial version has already expired, click the "Enter License Key" button in the pop-up window).
- Copy and paste or type your license name and license key.
- Click OK to complete the registration.

I've lost my license key. How can I retrieve it?
If you lost your license key, we can always send you a copy, but we will need a confirmation of your payment. When asking us to send you a copy of your license key, please provide us with the details about your order.
