Alexandria, VA, USA (September 29, 2016) – Filter Forge, Inc. today released the minor update 6.003 to the beta version of Filter Forge 6.0, a popular Photoshop plugin that allows users to create their own filters. The second beta stage updates 33 components, enables users to submit filters to the online library, adds support for Corel Paint Shop Pro X9 and Corel PHOTO-PAINT X8, and fixes several issues. The highlight of this beta is refreshment of 33 existing components, some of which have been unchanged since Filter Forge 1.0. The update converts numeric inputs into map inputs, enabling filter authors to define the value of a parameter separately for each area of the image.
