Tallinn, Estonia, June 5, 2023 — Filter Forge OÜ today released the first beta of Filter Forge 13.0, a desktop application for Windows and macOS that allows digital artists to use thousands of filters from the free online filter collection, and build their own filters in a visual editor. The first beta stage features a simplified way to open video files and support for new image formats, and an improvement to the filter editor. The beta testing will be conducted in several stages, with new features added at every stage. The key addition of the first beta stage is the overhauled way to load video files and image sequences directly in the main window. All registered users of Filter Forge 12 can request a free beta key to use the beta version until the commercial release of Filter Forge 13.0. The final release is planned by the end of 2023.
