Tallinn, Estonia, August 8, 2023 — Filter Forge released an update to the beta version of Filter Forge 13.0, a desktop application for Windows and macOS that allows digital artists to build their own filters in a visual editor or download thousands of user-submitted filters from the online library. The update adds Render History — a list of recent files opened in Filter Forge, together with filters that were applied to those files. Beside that, the update fixes a number of issues.

How to update: To download and install the 13.003 update, select Tools > Updates from the Filter Forge 13 main menu. Users who do not want to use the built-in update feature can download and install the update manually from the beta page. The update preserves all downloaded and user-created filters.

The beta testing is open for anyone for 30 days. All registered users of Filter Forge 12 and Filter Forge 13 can request a free beta key to use the beta version until the commercial release of Filter Forge 13.0 that is planned for the end of the year. For more information about the beta, visit https://www.filterforge.com/download/beta13/.
