Hello,
is there a filter that will take an image and array it like a set of spokes? I have a line with rivets on both sides and want to make it radial. It will form the circle texture that will map to a cylinder such as here (about halfway down the page, titled Cylinder Cap) note the UV map in the background. http://www.renderosity.com/news.php?viewStory=4829 Thanks! Do you mean something like taking the current image and then wrapping it to polar coordinates? By default photoshop has that but here you go!

Sorry that I do not understand what you want, but if you want to make an image multiplied in a radial or circular way there is available this filter --> Circular Tiling by ThreeDee |

Thanks guys. I found out that having the texture too large resulted in weird mapping over a doubly-curved surface. So I went with a much smaller texture.

No, actually it is Vue 11. I am going for the look of 1950s spacecraft, with riveted plates, like this page;
