So a filter to make giant bulging veiny he-man arms look normal?

Making some little investigation I have found a way to do this and is much simpler than I thought, I have started to do it and will develop it more so it is more similar to the above. Look at the example attached below.

This is just a simple one example, now I need to add more variations and that you could change how many lines you want, and also look more like glass panels with some refraction and distortions, and think I know how.

I think you are refering probably to this that can be seen here and here why this happened to her is here, and she is not the only one

I do not care at all about this as what is important is the fact of what she does and how she does it and like very much it and none can cast a shadow over her. Also I understand why she must excersise so much because she must do so many concert and shows where she moves much and with 50 years this is a hard thing to do.
