Here.. this is stripped down version of what i used for the floor above.. In FF i rendered the normal (i set height to about 3 for normal to work ok in UDK..) and AO maps only.. and a black and white mask of tiles from bomber.. Then in photoshop i used two tilable textures from CGTEXTURES.COM.. like:

for the dirt between tiles and
http://www.cgtextures.com/texview.php...HPSESSID1=
for the tiles.. i used the black and white mask of the tiles previously rendered in FF to mask between them and on top of it i put AO from FF to multiply. This was my DIFFUSE map. And those are the only two maps i used in UDK, NORMAL and DIFFUSE.. for SPEC i used the diffuse but multyplied with 0.5 so it was darker.
Thats it..

Oh, and this is example of two textures blended in photoshop and AO map overlayed.. not the same tile pattern as the above, but you get the picture..
