My license is for 2.0 but the filter section of the website will not let me download any filters for 2.0. it states i need to download the update but makes me download 3.0 which my license will not work for.

Yea, the download page is pretty much a disgrace, there are updates for versions 1 and 2, but there's no link to them on the download page. try this:
