Hi Vladimir
I noticed in this thread http://www.filterforge.com/forum/read...10&TID=298 that you were thinking of a new forum. This could be taken a little further. I noticed that some filter makers are adding a web link to their home page. But some of us do not have that. Why not start a new forum with a thread for every filter created (no other topics) and put a link in the filter description straight to the correct thread. This would give users an easy way to talk to the filter maker and give the filter maker space for examples. Ken. |

ken,
you could also do that another way. if we had an images forum, the first post of a given image could include the filter used as a zip file attachment or post the link to the filter. or, in doing it your suggested way, you could also post images made with that filter. either way is fine by me. your way might be a little better organized though... one thread dedicated to a given filter with images. craig If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

Already on our plans -- we'll start working on it tomorrow. Also, we're working on removing the approval step from the submit process, so the submissions would be instantly visible, "commentable" and "votable" for everyone. |
